LORI BECKER

Chief Financial Officer

As chief financial officer (CFO) at Arcfield, Lori Becker is responsible for developing and executing the company’s financial infrastructure and processes and oversees all aspects of financial planning and reporting, accounting and compliance, mergers and acquisitions, auditing, and program finance and pricing strategy.


Lori has more than 30 years of experience with a proven track record of transformative financial and operational excellence in government contracting and technology sectors. She is a strategic relationship builder and a decisive, innovative leader skilled in strengthening teams, modernizing systems and processes, structuring, negotiating and closing complex transactions and leading positive financial change.


Prior to joining Arcfield, Lori served as CFO at Sierra Nevada Corporation where she managed approximately 130 employees across all areas of finance and accounting. Additionally, she served as an executive advisor to leadership on strategic business transactions and developed a three-year finance transformation effort to achieve efficient and scalable operations.


Earlier in her career, Lori spent nearly 15 years at Deltek, serving most recently as CFO and executive vice president of finance and treasury before holding senior financial roles at various government contractors including: vice president of finance systems transformation and compliance at Peraton; CFO and treasurer at LMI; vice president and corporate controller at Akima; and vice president and corporate controller at Vangent. Earlier in her career, Lori held positions at BTG, Inc., Freddie Mac and EY.


Lori received a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting and business administration from Illinois State University and is a certified public accountant.
