STEM / EDUCATION

We know firsthand the importance of educating young people in STEM—our future growth, the success of our customers, and ultimately the security of our nation, depend on a pipeline of highly capable technical talent. Arcfield seeks to provide funding and volunteers to STEM education outreach activities for students of all ages, as well as ensuring that those in under-served communities have necessary access and support to STEM education.

MILITARY AND FAMILIES

We recognize the sacrifices made by our military service members, veterans and their families and salute them through numerous volunteer activities focused on their needs. Through our partnerships with a variety of organizations, Arcfield employees raise funds, serve as mentors and provide a wide range of other volunteer services.

IMPACT VECTORS

community-giving microgrant program

Our community microgrant program provides an opportunity for employees to nominate organizations for a microgrant on a quarterly basis, allowing us to expand our reach into the specific communities in which our dispersed workforce lives and works. To date, Arcfield has contributed $45,000 in microgrants to nonprofits that are near and dear to our employees.
