CHRIS MCCALL

Chief Administrative Officer

As chief administrative officer for Arcfield, Chris McCall helps to plan, define and execute the corporate strategy. His responsibility spans three areas—business operations, investment management, and strategic growth. Specifically, Chris oversees operations of corporate support functions and confirms their alignment with corporate strategy and growth goals; ensures coordination across all functional areas and operations with direct oversight of the CIO, real-estate, procurement, and PMO functions; manages a performance management and data analytics office; and leads proposal operations and corporate development.

Chris has more than 20 years of experience in senior management, operations, proposals, and mergers and acquisitions. He has a knack for ensuring that regardless of what an organization may be navigating in the background, its functions and operations move forward together; efficiently, effectively and uninterrupted.

Prior to joining Arcfield, Chris served in various roles of increasing responsibility at LGS Innovations, most recently and notably serving as the company’s vice president of operations through its acquisition by CACI International. Following CACI’s acquisition of LGS Innovations, Chris served as the chief of staff for the national security and innovative solutions sector.

Chris holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in organizational communications and psychology from Otterbein University, a master’s certification in project management from Georgetown University, and a Master of Business Administration from George Mason University.
