As chairman and chief executive officer (CEO) of Arcfield, Kevin Kelly leads an expert leadership team, develops and implements company strategy, and ensures delivery of technology-differentiated solutions for missions critical to protecting the United States and its allies.
With more than 30 years as an active leader in the defense and intelligence industry, Kevin has demonstrated consistent success in guiding companies through strategic growth initiatives. He brings a passionate commitment to innovation, mission-first service, talent development, and delivering exceptional business results.
Before joining Arcfield, Kevin served as CEO of LGS Innovations, a privately held technology company acquired by CACI International in 2019. Post-acquisition, he orchestrated LGS' integration by creating and leading CACI's national security and innovation solutions sector as sector president. In this capacity, he oversaw a $2B operation comprising technology and products divisions from key acquisitions including LGS Innovations, SIX3 Systems, TICOM Geomatics and L3 NSS.
Prior to his CEO appointment at LGS Innovations, Kevin served as the company's chief operating officer and senior vice president of strategy. His earlier career included senior leadership positions at General Dynamics and Lockheed Martin.
Kevin holds a bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering from Penn State University and a master’s degree in engineering management from George Washington University (GWU). Currently he serves as chairman of the board of directors for the Support Virginia Troopers Foundation, chairman of the WashingtonExec Leadership Council, and board member of the Holistic Haitian Alliance. His previous board and advisory roles include LGS Innovations, the Innovative Technologies Council of INSA, AFCEA and IEEE, the National Advisory Council for the GW School of Engineering and Applied Science (SEAS), and several other organizations. Kevin is also a distinguished member of the Engineering Hall of Fame at GWU SEAS.
