Architecture and Integration Directorate Multiple Award Indefinite Quantity Contract (AFLCMC/XA)
AFLCMC/XA is a multiple award IDIQ contract that seeks to be an enabler for multi-domain, multi-level security development, analysis, and synthetic environments. AFLCMC/XA activities include Modeling, Simulation & Analysis (MS&A), Capability Development/Development Planning (CD-DP), Cost Analysis/Trades, Technical Risk Reduction/Test Engineering, Standards and Architecture Development and Curation, Software Development and Curation, and Advanced Synthetic/Virtual Simulator Environments Development for Operational Test and Training, and will span from hardware technology, software technology, multi-level security analysis to open architecture design and implementation.

SCOPE OF CONTRACT
The requirements for the XA IDIQ contract including but not limited to the following:

Engineering, Design, and Development includes planning for and developing design(s) for new, developmental, existing and/or modified hardware and software; and supporting all design activities and cybersecurity as defined in individual Orders; performing disciplined technical planning, coordination and execution of engineering to ensure product development includes strict application of technical metrics and processes, incorporating maintainability and supportability into the design; and providing technical documentation, data models, engineering tools, and support all technical reviews and airworthiness tasks as defined in individual Orders.

PERFORMANCE PERIOD
Ordering period totals 10 years and consists of a five year base period (11/15/2022 - 11/14/2027), a three year option period (11/15/2027 - 11/14/2030), and a second option period of two years (11/15/2030 - 11/14/2032); task orders awarded within the ordering period can extend up to two years past the expiration of the ordering period (11/14/2034).
